Cookies Policy

Draft: this page isn't in effect yet. The highlighted details are still to be added, and the text is being reviewed.
In short: our websites set no cookies and don't track you. Here is exactly what is kept, and where.
1. Our websites
audoor.in and join.audoor.in set no cookies at all, and keep nothing in your browser. If you join the waitlist or register your interest, what you type is sent to us once and kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
2. The dashboards you sign in to
The store dashboard (store.audoor.in) and our team's admin and support sites don't use cookies either. They keep a few things in your browser's own storage, only so that they work:
- your sign-in, so you stay signed in until you log out (logging out removes it);
- a note that your session ended, to say so when you come back;
- your settings there, such as light or dark mode and how a list is sorted.
These are needed for the sites to work, so we don't ask before keeping them. They stay on your device and aren't shared with anyone. You can clear them at any time in your browser's settings, which signs you out.
3. No tracking, ads or analytics
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on our websites or in our apps, and there are no embedded videos, social media buttons or chat widgets. Our fonts are served from our own sites. The one thing loaded from another company is the map on the store dashboard, where a store sets its location: its images come from OpenFreeMap, which sees your IP address and the area shown, and sets no cookies.
4. The apps
The audoor apps keep your sign-in in your phone's secure storage, and your carts, favourites and settings on your phone. They don't use advertising identifiers. Our Privacy Policy covers everything the apps collect.
5. Changes and questions
If we ever start using cookies or similar tools that aren't needed for our sites to work, we'll update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires. Questions: [email protected].
