How is audoor different from other quick commerce apps?
Most quick commerce apps deliver from warehouses run by the app company, often called dark stores. On audoor, your order goes to a real local store near you, and a delivery partner from your area brings it over.
What is the difference between Buy for me and Pick for me?
Buy for me is for shopping: choose products from the stores near you, and a delivery partner buys them, pays the store and brings them over. Pick for me is for sending: a bike agent collects a small item and drops it anywhere in the city.
What can I send with Pick for me?
Small items, like keys, a charger, a tiffin, documents or medicines for your parents. You see a fixed price before you book, the item is handed over with an OTP, and you can track it live.
Can I choose which store my order comes from?
Yes. Open a store and shop from its catalogue, or search for a product and choose from the nearby stores that have it. If a store is out of something, we route your order to the next one.
Can I order for someone at a different address?
Yes. Save more than one address, such as your parents' home, and pick it at checkout. You can follow the delivery live from wherever you are.
How do I pay?
By UPI or cash, when your order arrives. Delivery and handling fees are shown on the bill before you place the order.
When do stores get paid?
There is no payout schedule. A store's share is sent the moment we receive the payment from the customer.
How do delivery partners get paid?
Partners earn for every trip. Earnings collect in the wallet in the app and are paid out weekly or monthly, as the partner chooses.
